Identification of Applicable Tools and Resources
Using learnings and feedback from Step Two: Celebration of Success, you should now be at the point in your journey where you can start to prioritize and implement different tools and resources that will form your community's 
Indigenous Workplace Learning Framework.

​There are a breadth of resources available as part of this framework; not all of them will be applicable to your project or community and this framework does not follow a 'one size fits all' approach.
 
The Indigenous Workplace Learning Framework you develop should be designed to meet the identified needs of your specific community, employers, and employees, drawing from one or more of the many resources, trainings, and tools outline in the sections to follow.

Your next step is to identify existing resources that are applicable to your community and needs.
