There are a breadth of resources available as part of this framework; not all of them will be applicable to your project or community and this framework does not follow a 'one size fits all' approach.
The Indigenous Workplace Learning Framework you develop should be designed to meet the identified needs of your specific community, employers, and employees, drawing from one or more of the many resources, trainings, and tools outline in the sections to follow.
